A University of Missouri graduate raised in Dallas and Chicago, Fallon began her career managing marketing and communications at Dallas-based rewardStyle — a first-of-its kind influencer monetization platform named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative — where she managed marketing and communications, focused primarily on the LIKEtoKNOW.it shopping app. She later joined Neighborhood Goods — a VC-backed, next-generation department store, also named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative — to lead marketing efforts that supported the launch and growth of the concept in Plano, TX, New York City, and Austin. On a perfect Saturday, you can find Fallon listening to her favorite podcasts while on a morning walk along the Katy Trail, spending the afternoon celebrating something (anything) with friends and family, and in the evening, crossing a new restaurant off her list or sipping on an extra-spicy margarita.
