Rebees

Alan brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to the Rebees/3-O team, where he leads acquisitions and investment management across the firm's mixed-use, multifamily, retail, and office portfolio. His career spans real estate investment banking, acquisitions, and development, with experience across several of the country's most active real estate markets.

Before joining the team, Alan began his career in real estate investment banking at Bank of America in New York before leading acquisition and development efforts at Greystar Real Estate Partners in the Bay Area. After returning to Dallas in 2019, he continued his career with Crescent Real Estate and Regent Properties, further expanding his experience in mixed-use investment and development.

Alan earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Duke University and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He is passionate about creating places that foster community and believes thoughtful real estate development can create meaningful experiences in an increasingly digital world.

Outside of work, Alan enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and cheering on his three children in their activities. A Fort Worth native, he has lived in Washington, D.C., New York, and San Francisco before returning to North Texas.
