Daniel Rafkin is a Managing Director of Investment Management at 3-O Real Estate Partners, the parent company of Rebees. He contributes a broad and seasoned perspective to the team's work across development, investments, and asset management. He studied History at Harvard College and spent over a decade in New York City with a foundation in investment banking and building expertise in real estate acquisitions and large-scale development before returning to his hometown of Dallas to join the team. At Rebees, Daniel is energized by the chance to work alongside a sophisticated, collaborative team on mixed-use projects that shape the communities they serve. He and his wife Kelly are back in Dallas with their son Pierce and daughter Rowan, and when he's not working, you'll likely find him traveling, exploring great restaurants, or watching Dallas sports.
