Rebees

Aj Jennings is the regional property manager at Rebees, bringing four decades of expertise in opening retail and mixed-use developments, turning around distressed properties, and creating experiential destinations. Her portfolio spans iconic projects including Pike & Rose, Phipps Plaza, The Beverly Center, International Plaza & Bay Street and Peachtree Center. 

Before Rebees, Aj led Rice Village as Senior General Manager, orchestrating its rebranding and renovation. She spearheaded Domain Northside in Austin—a 43-acre mixed-use development featuring Apple, RH The Gallery, Nordstrom, and chef-driven concepts—and shaped Rock Rose, an entertainment district that became the community's heartbeat. A member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1984, her leadership of dedicated team members has earned them multiple retail, commercial and customer service awards including Best of the Best – Shopping District (Houston Chronicle).

Beyond real estate, Aj is an alumnus of Leadership Houston Class XVII and rides her Harley Davidson cross-country for charities.
