Erin Staskus is an Associate at RMC, where she applies hospitality expertise and operational precision honed across Houston's restaurant and events industry. Since 2020, Staskus has run a vintage clothing business focused on sustainable fashion, an endeavor that refined her approach to customer service and detail-oriented work. Previously, she served as Event Director at Brasil Cafe Houston and spent over three years managing front-of-house operations at Vinoteca Poscol Houston, where she coordinated daily service and customer relations.
At RMC, Staskus supports property operations and tenant initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, volunteering at dog shelters, and reading — activities that help her unplug and recharge.
