Jan has spent 30+ years as an administrator and 10+ years in management roles supervising administrative staff. She has administered various residential facilities for corporations, property management firms, and real estate consulting firms. Her experience includes three years handling day-to-day operations of a warehouse, food pantry, and front desk staff.

Throughout her career, Jan has successfully administered affordable housing programs, supervised maintenance and construction staff, facilitated training, and effectively addressed numerous financial and legal crisis situations. She is the Founder and President of Divas For A Cure, formerly a non-profit public benefit corporation dedicated to promoting Breast Cancer Awareness and raising funds for research. Since DFAC's inception in 2005, she has facilitated three national cross-country fundraising events, raising and donating over $150,000 toward the mission. A treatment room has been named in their honor.
