From crafting clever content to managing social media buzz and eye-catching signage, she keeps the marketing engine humming—and the tenants smiling. A University of Houston graduate with a degree in Communications and a minor in Business, Jessica came equipped with a toolkit for corporate marketing, education, and retail. When she’s not spinning stories or building brands, you’ll find her logging miles on foot, chasing wanderlust, or relaxing at home with her husband and their two golden retrievers, Bo and Rosie—who are, of course, the real stars of the family.
