Rebees

John Paul Garland is a licensed architect who serves as Managing Director of Design and Construction for Ignite-Rebees, which he joined in 2024. Before joining Ignite-Rebees, John Paul was a Development Partner with the Hanover Company. He managed planning, acquisitions, development, design management, and construction oversight for large scale, class-A, mixed-use and multi-family projects in major markets across the United States. Prior to Hanover, John Paul practiced architecture at Ziegler Cooper Architects for nearly a decade. In addition to indulging his passion for design and placemaking at Ignite-Rebees, John Paul thrives on spending quality time with his wife and two daughters, while somehow also finding time for composing music, building chicken coops, and making hazardous excursions on his mountain bike.
