Jonas Woods is a Partner and Chief Executive Officer of 3-O Real Estate Partners and leads the execution of the firm’s business strategy.

Before co-founding 3-O, Jonas launched Pacific Elm Properties, which became a leading investor and developer of office and mixed-use properties in Downtown and Uptown Dallas, with $2 billion in assets and a $4 billion development pipeline—including the $500 million Bank of America Tower at Parkside. Prior to Pacific Elm, Jonas founded Woods Capital Management and led the firm for 15 years before merging it into Pacific Elm in 2021.

Earlier in his career, Jonas was a partner at Ross Perot’s Hillwood, where he led opportunistic investments, including the development of Victory Park, a $3 billion mixed-use district in Dallas. He was also a partner in the Dallas Mavericks and led both the financing of the American Airlines Center and the subsequent sale of the Mavericks to Mark Cuban.

Jonas co-founded Trinity Forest Golf Club and serves on the board of the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at SMU Cox School of Business. He earned a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
