Jonas Woods

Jonas Woods is a Principal and the Chief Executive Officer of 3-O Real Estate Partners, the parent company of Rebees.

Prior to co-founding 3-O, Jonas was the Founder and CEO of Woods Capital, which became the largest owner of office and mixed-use properties in Downtown and Uptown Dallas. In 2022, Woods Capital formed Pacific Elm Properties, which owns seven Class-A towers totaling 6.5 million square feet in Dallas and is constructing the $500 million Bank of America Tower at Parkside. Earlier in his career, Jonas served as President of Hillwood Capital, where he led the development of Victory Park, a $3 billion mixed-use district in Dallas.

Jonas is the Co-Founder of Trinity Forest Golf Club and serves on the SMU Cox Folsom Institute for Real Estate board. He lives in Dallas and earned a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
