Mark Masinter is a Principal and Co-Founder of 3-O Real Estate Partners, the parent company of Rebees. He is a driving force in business development, project development, and investment activities. Mark also serves as Chairman of Global Retail for Newmark, which he joined upon selling Open Realty Advisors to the firm in 2022.

As Founder and Managing Member of Open Realty Advisors, Mark built one of the industry's most respected global retail advisory platforms, guiding real estate execution strategies and store-growth initiatives for North America's premier consumer brands.

Mark lives in Dallas and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Political Science.
