Martin Luk is the General Manager of GreenStreet, overseeing daily operations, team leadership, and the overall performance of one of Houston’s most dynamic mixed-use properties. With over two decades of experience in hospitality, spanning hotels, restaurants, and large-scale events, he brings a service-first mindset and a steady hand to the art of placemaking. Before joining RMC, Martin earned his master's in hospitality management from the University of Houston and helped lead citywide events like the Super Bowl (twice), NBA All-Star Weekend, NCAA Final Four, and CERAWeek. Off the clock, Martin lives life in the fast lane—literally. A lifelong tinkerer and adrenaline enthusiast, he builds and races cars for fun, plays the violin for balance, and believes torque is its own form of therapy.
