Miranda Cartwright is the General Manager of Sugar Land Town Square, overseeing operations for the 1.4 million-square-foot mixed-use development on behalf of RMC. She leads lease administration, budgeting, capital improvements, and team management, ensuring the project runs efficiently while maintaining Class A standards. With more than 15 years in commercial real estate, Miranda has managed everything from historic buildings to large-scale redevelopments and new construction. Before joining RMC, she held leadership roles across a range of complex, mixed-use environments. Outside of work, Miranda is a devoted mom to two energetic boys and a very squishy French bulldog named Teddy. A proud Virgo, she brings her signature order and aesthetic sense to everything she does—from color-coded calendars to a serious appreciation for fountain pens and beautiful stationery.
