Paul Copeland is RMC’s Engineering Operations Manager, where he ensures that projects are executed smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. With over 20 years in commercial real estate—including leadership roles at Hines, TRC Capital Partners, and a Houston-based credit union—Paul is known for his calm, mission-driven approach to complex operations. He served eight years in the U.S. Army’s airborne and special operations forces and holds a degree in Aviation Technology from Westwood College, specializing in Airframe, Powerplant, and Avionics. A proud husband and father of five (including one currently stationed overseas with the U.S. Air Force), he enjoys hunting, golfing, traveling, and volunteering in his church and community.
