Charged with breathing new life into the 32 acre, 1.4 million square foot mixed-use development, Rebees took over management, leasing, branding and marketing of Sugar Land Town Square in 2019.

The first wave of upgrades to Sugar Land Town Square are complete and include revamped landscaping, fresh branding and signage, re-faced tenant storefronts, innovative event programming, and an array of exciting new food and beverage, retail and entertainment concepts.

Now, a new chapter is underway. Through a transformative reinvestment in office and public space improvements—including a tenant amenity center, modern fitness facility, renovated lobbies, enhanced streetscapes, refreshed gardens, new signage, and upgraded furnishings—Town Square is evolving to meet the needs of today’s workforce while reinforcing its position as one of the region’s premier mixed-use destinations.
