Rebees dreamt up Billy Can Can — a vibrant interpretation of a late-nineteenth-century saloon — to serve not just as an exciting dining destination that celebrates Dallas, its history and culture, but also as a compelling and significant narrative anchor for Victory Park.
The Kate Murphy-designed 4,800-square-foot restaurant — a richly layered space whose focal point is a 40-foot, 22-seat pecan-wood bar — features the dynamic modern Texas cooking of executive chef Matt Ford. Billy Can Can debuted on June 28, 2018.
