In partnership with Dallas-based Open Realty Advisors and New York-based Acadia Realty Trust, Rebees is developing a 161,500 square foot urban mixed-use development on North Henderson Avenue in Dallas, Texas. The development will include 89,000 square feet of bespoke retail, 72,500 square feet of creative office, and encompass eleven architecturally distinct buildings.
